An amendment was passed at the VFW National Convention that changed the VFW Riders Group organization. In the future, the Riders will be tied to a State rather than a Post or District. Our Group will handle our own budget and will need to apply for an EIN and set up bank accounts. Our organization will not report to the 4th District; more details will follow.
